We begin the order fulfilment process by setting you up with an account on our cloud-based system. Here we give you 24/7 access to integrate your eCommerce business, add your products, view your inventory and track your orders in real-time.
Once we receive your goods, we scan every item and add barcodes where required - we do this to set the standards for the rest of the seamless fulfilment process.
We safely and securely store your stock in our fulfilment centre. Here we segregate items that you can track and trace in real-time via our cloud-based system. We have fast-moving pick storage lines for smaller products whilst keeping larger inventory on pallets - all in preparation for a speedy delivery. What's more, we charge for storage on a daily basis, which means you only pay for what you use each day.
We know how vital the picking and packing step is for your business and the overall customer experience. At this stage, we ensure your inventory is carefully packed in our standard packing, alternatively, we can package your goods in the custom packaging you have provided and is delivered on time to your customers damage free.
When your orders have been picked and packed, we work with most of the main parcel carriers, including DPD, Royal Mail, Hermes, and DHL, to support our shipping methods. With next day, weekend, we can ship your goods worldwide.
Our cloud-based system (Indigo) tracks the shipping of your items in real-time, so your customers can monitor the progress of their order from despatch to delivery.
We do our best to avoid returns that shouldn't occur, be it damaged items or incorrect deliveries. However, in cases where a return is required, we act swiftly to ensure you can refund your customer and re-stock your products as soon as possible.
We also enable tracking on returns to take some stress away from you and your customer.
