WSUK places drivers across 87 UK towns and logistics estates, concentrated where the depots actually are: the Midlands Golden Triangle around DIRFT and Magna Park, Greater Manchester around Trafford Park, Bristol and Severnside, the Humber ports at Immingham and Grimsby, Stansted and Essex, and Medway and North Kent. Rates run £12.71—£24.00 an hour by category, paid weekly through PAYE, and it never costs you anything to apply.
WSUK operates from the Midlands Golden Triangle, framed by the M1, M6, M42 and A14 and home to mega distribution parks and rail-freight interchanges including DIRFT, Magna Park, East Midlands Gateway and Prologis Park Ryton. National retailers, parcel carriers and 3PLs run round-the-clock trunking, multi-drop and store-delivery operations from these sites, with driving demand that swings sharply through the year.
That is why employers need to fill temporary driving jobs at short notice — peak retail, contract wins, sickness and holidays. WSUK supplies Class 1, Class 2 and 7.5t HGV drivers plus van and multi-drop drivers, scaling teams up and down and managing vetting, DVLA licence and CPC checks, right-to-work, PAYE payroll and tachograph and working-time compliance.

Articulated and rigid work above 3.5 tonnes. Trunking, tramping, store delivery and multi-drop, with the best rates in general haulage.
C1 and category B work — multi-drop, home delivery and parcel rounds. No CPC needed under 3.5 tonnes, and you may already hold C1 on a pre-1997 licence.

The 87 locations follow the depots rather than the population. That means the Golden Triangle inside the M1/M6/A14 where the national RDCs sit, the port clusters at the Humber, Avonmouth and Medway, and the estate concentrations around Trafford Park and Stansted. Trunking work follows the motorway spine; multi-drop follows the towns.
Indicative PAYE rates as a guide — actual pay varies by shift, experience and site, with premiums for nights, weekends and bank holidays. Every rate we advertise is at or above the National Living Wage.

In most areas, yes. Night trunking and day work both return to the same depot, so you sleep at home. Only tramping involves nights away, and we will not put you forward for it unless you ask.
Somewhat. London and the South East usually sit at the top, and rates rise everywhere at peak. The bands on this site are indicative UK figures; we will tell you the actual rate for a specific depot before you accept.
