"WSUK had us live in 36 hours and absorbed our Q4 peak without a blip. The rate card was exactly what we paid — no surprise charges at month-end."
Selling D2C and to trade from one pool is harder than either alone. We hold one inventory, apply each channel’s own despatch rules, and allocate stock live so a pallet order and a single parcel never fight over the same unit.
WSUK runs multi-channel fulfilment where the channels are genuinely different in shape: marketplaces, your own store, and trade or retail customers, all served from one inventory pool with live allocation so a pallet order and a single parcel cannot claim the same unit. Each channel keeps its own despatch rules — cut-offs, labelling, packaging, paperwork. Picks from £1.00 plus £0.35 processing, pallets from £12.50, integration £150/week. For D2C-only selling, eCommerce fulfilment is the simpler fit.
Two marketplaces is an integration problem. A marketplace plus a retailer plus your own site is an allocation problem — a different and harder one.
One physical pool with availability computed live, so a trade order for 40 cases and a consumer order for one unit cannot both be promised the last pallet.
Each route keeps its own rules — marketplace cut-offs and tracking upload, D2C branded packing, retail labelling, ASN and booked delivery.
Eaches, cases and full pallets picked from the same stock on the same day, because that is what selling everywhere actually requires.
Connecting channels is a configuration job. Deciding who gets the last 40 units when a retailer order and a marketplace surge land on the same morning is an operational one.
One pool in, every route out.
Inventory is received, located and counted as a single pool — never divided by channel or customer.
Each channel is connected with its own rules: cut-offs, packaging, labelling, paperwork and pick level.
Availability is computed live across all routes, orders are picked at the right level, and each leaves under its own despatch standard.
The same two tiers as every WSUK service. Short-term rate card for monthly rolling. Long-term contract rates tier down as combined volume across your channels builds — which is usually faster than any single channel alone.
Pay-per-use published rates with no commitment.
Locked-in rates on multi-year SLAs.

Parcel carriers and retail RDCs are both within easy reach of the M1 / M6 corridor — which is what lets one site serve both without compromise.
Multi-channel fulfilment means serving several routes to market from one inventory. The version most people mean is several marketplaces plus a website, and that is largely an integration exercise — covered by our eCommerce fulfilment service. The harder version, and the one this page is about, is when the channels do not resemble each other: single parcels going to consumers, cases going to wholesalers, and pallets going to a retailer’s distribution centre, all drawing on the same stock. At that point integration stops being the problem and allocation starts. If a retailer orders forty cases on the same morning that a marketplace promotion takes off, something has to decide which order gets the stock, and it cannot be a spreadsheet updated overnight. It also means every route carries different obligations: marketplaces measure despatch speed, consumers judge the packaging, and retailers deduct for a missing ASN or a missed delivery window. WSUK holds one located pool, computes availability live across every order type, and applies each channel’s own despatch rules from the same building.
From first contact to live operation, our typical onboarding takes less than a week.
Volumes, SKUs, peak season, integrations. One 10-minute call is enough.
Transparent line-item pricing on a single page — no hidden fees, no jargon.
Walk the floor with our ops team. Bring your operations lead, not just procurement.
Stock in, scanning live, integrations active. Daily standups for the first two weeks.
Everything you need to know about multi-channel fulfilment at WSUK.
eCommerce fulfilment covers several online channels that all ship single parcels. This service is for when the routes differ in shape — parcels to consumers, cases to wholesale, pallets to a retailer — where the difficulty is allocating one pool across order types rather than connecting APIs.
Availability is computed live across all order types from a single pool, and stock is committed at the point of allocation. The last pallet cannot be promised to a retailer and sold in forty singles at the same time.
Yes — that is the point. Branded boxes and inserts for your own D2C orders, plain for marketplaces, retail-compliant labelling and ASN for trade, all from the same stock.
Yes — eaches, cases, layers and full pallets, including mixed-SKU pallets built to a retailer’s stacking spec. See B2B fulfilment for the retail compliance detail.
Parcel picks from £1.00 plus £0.35 processing, pallets built and wrapped from £12.50, storage from £4.50 per pallet per week, and integration from £150 per week covering all channels rather than per connection.
As many as you sell on — integration is charged per week, not per channel, so adding a route does not add a line to the bill.
Yes. Because everything is line-itemed — pick, pack, pallet, labelling, delivery — you can see what serving each route actually costs, which is usually the number that changes commercial decisions.
One capacity conversation covering every channel, planned in advance, with no surge premium on the rate card.
Typically 7–10 working days — stock transfer, channel configuration, and a test order through each route before you switch over.
Yes — Goods-in-Trust cover in a CCTV-monitored, alarmed warehouse, CMR / RHA in transit.
