Most roles pay £12.71—£15.50 an hour, start within days, and need no previous warehouse experience unless the ad says otherwise. You are paid PAYE, weekly, and it never costs you anything to apply.

WSUK recruits across the whole warehouse floor. If you are starting out, picking and packing is where most people begin and there is no experience needed. If you hold a forklift ticket, or you have led a shift before, you will earn more and we will usually have something live. Register once and we will come to you when a shift near you fits.
Indicative PAYE rates as a guide — actual pay varies by shift, experience and site, with premiums for nights, weekends and bank holidays. Every rate we advertise is at or above the National Living Wage.

For picking, packing and general operative roles, no. Most sites train you on their own system in the first shift or two and the induction covers manual handling and site safety. Experience matters for forklift, VNA and team leader roles, where you will also be paid more.
Most general warehouse roles run £12.71—£14.00 an hour, forklift roles £13.00—£15.50, and team leader roles £14.50—£18.00. Nights and weekends usually carry a premium on top. Every rate we advertise is at or above the National Living Wage.
No. Charging a work-seeker a fee for finding them work is against the law in the UK, and WSUK never does it. The employer pays our fee. You are never asked for money for training, PPE, checks or placement.
Often within a few days. Once we have your right-to-work documents and references we can put you forward immediately, and some sites induct the same week. Short-notice shifts sometimes start the next morning.
Both. A lot of warehouse work starts as a temporary or ongoing assignment because that is how sites cover peaks, but plenty becomes permanent. Tell us which you want and we will only send you roles that match.
